Your basic, well-designed non-fancy helmet. Protects your head. Strong enough to stand on.

The M/L size will fit many regular size adult heads. I can also wear a normal beanie under mine - important for off-season canyoneering and any cold canyons.

The S/M is for small headed adults and teens. Maybe not so good for small kids. The Women’s version has a modified harness that provides space for a pony tail.
