CanyoneeringUSA believes in a reasonable and responsible customer service policy. Returns of unused items are accepted for refund or credit (your choice) or trade at any time, though the sooner the better. Please email us and tell us you would like to return something before sending it back. You are responsible for return shipping, not us. If you return your full order (without explained cause), we will refund your payment less actual shipping costs. We will issue a refund after we receive your return.


If you would like to exchange an item for a different item (size or style), please email us first. Please DO NOT order the new size. We expect things like neoprene socks and wetsuits may not be the best size for you on the first try. Please try these items on right away, and let us know if we need to send you a different size.

We may or may not accept returns on non-defective used items. You can always ask, but once you have used it, it is usually yours to keep.

If the product is not what you are looking for or expected, please send it back before using. If the product is broken or defective, please let us know, and we can work out the best course of action. Just like YOU, we are people on this side, and canyoneers. Let's have person-to-person interactions and give each other the benefit of the doubt. Thanks!


You order stuff and send us money, then we send you stuff. If we don't have the stuff in stock (or will within a few days), we will send you an email and let you know the story. If you have special delivery requirements (like "UPS ONLY" or "I am going on a trip and cannot receive things until July 4th"), please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request. We are a small company and do not ship every day. We are in a rural location that does not allow us to use expedited shipping options. If you tell us when you need your goods, we can do our best to get it to you within that time frame. Calling the day before you need it does not work.

Customer Service is by email. We are not good at answering the phone or responding to phone messages. Emails we are good at!



Call us old fashioned. We do with your information what I want companies to do with my information: Nothing. Eh, well, next to nothing. We do not share, sell or transfer it to anyone else. If we got our marketing act together, we might send you at most one email each month, but that would be the MOST we would ever do. Period.
